Through engagement with our employees and rigor around our safety practices, we reduced our global total injury rate to 0.77 injuries per 100 employees in fiscal 2018, down from 0.85 in 2017. Our ultimate goal is zero injuries and illnesses.

Our board of directors includes 42 percent female directors and 33 percent who are ethnically diverse*. Within our workforce, 49% of employees globally are women (including 40% of officer positions) and 20% of U.S-based employees are people of color**.
